Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage successful execution of small to medium real estate programmes or support large-scale transformation initiatives to deliver measurable benefits.
  • •Contribute to programme setup and delivery direction by empowering programme teams to achieve outcomes.
  • •Apply programme governance and controls, including maintaining programme logs/registers, performance reporting, and secretariat duties.
  • •Support stakeholder engagement through registers and communication plans, and provide robust governance updates to leadership forums.
  • •Support programme-level financial oversight and proactively manage risk, including programme-wide health and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in programme management with demonstrable achievement of benefits and outcomes for clients or employers.
  • •Project delivery background with progression into programme management within a real estate or construction environment.
  • •Accreditation or working knowledge of programme management methodologies, ideally in the Real Estate sector.
  • •Awareness of construction project delivery models, procurement routes, and contracts (NEC, JCT).
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to perform governance duties.
