Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a fully remote engineering team, establishing career ladders, accountability, and a culture of psychological safety.
•Structure engineering pods for autonomy and align them with product management to deliver customer outcomes.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume ad-tech infrastructure, while managing technical debt and cost.
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across engineering operations.
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA/SPACE) and drive AI-enabled tooling to improve delivery velocity and reduce cycle times.
