Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Customer Success professionals to build post-sales relationships and drive adoption and utilization of company products.
  • •Identify opportunities and close additional revenue with upselling and cross-selling, and improve client renewal and retention results.
  • •Develop and communicate strategic objectives and establish sub-function policies and practices to drive outcomes.
  • •Work on ambiguous problems by partnering on solutions and evaluating alternative paths forward.
  • •Provide full people management responsibility, including hiring, exiting, and annual performance and pay reviews across multiple teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically, Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years related experience, or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years.
  • •Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience, including supervisory experience of entry-level managers and/or individual contributors.
  • •Ability to work on highly ambiguous problems requiring evaluation of intangible factors.
  • •Advanced knowledge in Customer Success, with broad understanding of related areas.
  • •Experience managing multiple teams and full people management responsibilities, including hiring, exits, and performance/pay reviews.
