Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage contractor and consultant schedule submittals and perform critical reviews to confirm accuracy, realism, and logic.
  • •Evaluate schedule impacts of proposed project/consultancy changes in line with contract terms.
  • •Identify schedule conflicts at the project level and work with delivery teams to resolve them.
  • •Maintain client-level schedules and coordinate with other program schedulers to align schedule interfaces into the master program schedule.
  • •Support QSRA by coordinating inputs with the Risk Manager and Cost Manager and provide schedule reporting and critical path analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •University education in Engineering, Finance, or Economics, with 8 years of related experience.
  • •10 years of related experience and experience in scheduling.
  • •Familiar with Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) process.
  • •Experience creating and implementing complex Work Breakdown Structures and integrating multiple schedules/work plans.
  • •Strong communicator comfortable leading scheduling workshops and planning sessions with contractors.
