Team Leader

Lead and motivate the production team to deliver daily safety, quality, and performance targets. Coordinate staffing, resources, and work allocation to keep operations efficient, while coaching and developing team members and identifying training needs. Drive a strong safety culture through safe work practices, hazard reporting, and risk management. Monitor product quality, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement, maintaining clear shift handovers and reporting.
