Senior Project Manager - Development

Lead and govern a portfolio of large-scale data center development projects as a client-facing trusted advisor. Represent developer clients across the front-end lifecycle—from site identification and acquisition through feasibility, entitlement, utility coordination, due diligence, and readiness for construction. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support business development to expand Turner & Townsend’s North America data center practice.
