Job Summary

Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design, integration, and continuous improvement for a future-ready ERP transformation. Own O2C capabilities focused on pricing and customer master data across end-to-end order capture, fulfillment, billing, and issue resolution. Partner with ERP teams and cross-functional stakeholders to customize SAP, run fit-gap workshops, secure data migration readiness, industrialize process documentation, and drive change management, training, and adoption for rollout markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Design detailed O2C ERP processes across the full order-to-cash cycle, from customer master data creation and pricing determination through order capture, fulfillment, billing, and issue resolution.
•Own ERP customization for O2C by working with the ERP implementation team to support requirements across pricing, customer master data, and order management while preserving process standardization.
•Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, tech, and master data teams to align pricing, customer data, and end-to-end O2C processes with business operations.
•Run fit-gap analysis workshops during rollouts and facilitate decisions on global template enhancements versus local adaptations.
•Secure data readiness for rollout and scale (Iberia), including migration readiness, mock cycles, defect closure, and industrializing O2C process documentation, plus leading change management and training for adoption.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in engineering or a business school.
•5–10 years of experience designing and operating Order-to-Cash processes in a CPG environment, with strong exposure to pricing and customer master data.
•Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA across pricing and customer master data, including customer BP and end-to-end O2C processes.
•Consumer goods sector experience across commercial, customer service, and/or sales operations or customer master data functions.
•Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus. Willingness to travel for rollout activities is required.
