Design transformative enterprise solution architectures for prospects and customers, translating C-level strategic objectives into actionable technical plans. Lead architecture, data, and cloud strategy for major accounts, support pre- and post-sales engagements, and remove technical blockers to drive acquisition, retention, and upsell. Partner across Sales, Value Engineering, Product, Data Ops, and Information Security, leveraging Agentic AI, integrations patterns, and cloud-native SaaS ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and define overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for the largest client accounts.
•Engage with customers’ C-level stakeholders to align strategic objectives with Celonis technical strategy.
•Identify and architect solutions leveraging emergent technologies, including Agentic AI.
•Support pre- and post-sales phases with customer architecture and security teams, focusing on enterprise modernization.
•Coach and guide consulting teams and ecosystem partners on technical implementation (architecture, integration, performance, and scalability).

Key Requirements

•10 to 15 years of relevant experience as a software vendor architect, CTO, or enterprise architect.
•Strong background in data architecture, integrations patterns, and development using data-related languages such as SQL and Python.
•Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, etc.), cybersecurity posture fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-prem enterprise architectures.
•Ability to think strategically and connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
•MSc in Computer Science or equivalent in Information Technology.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Fluency in English (Spanish, French, or Italian is a strong advantage)
