Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure regulatory compliance by performing regulatory filings and submitting licensing applications.
  • •Provide regulatory compliance advice to the business on a BAU basis and manage regulatory change by tracking new developments, analyzing business impact, and supporting implementation.
  • •Administer the Code of Ethics and manage employee requests related to personal account dealing, gifts and entertainment, and outside business activities.
  • •Review marketing materials for retail and institutional businesses.
  • •Conduct routine compliance monitoring and testing, provide compliance training, and assist with cross-border marketing, global/regional compliance, and technology/AI projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of asset management compliance experience or experience working with regulatory authorities.
  • •Working experience in the asset management industry, with knowledge of traditional fund business preferred.
  • •Knowledge of SFC regulatory requirements (primarily SFC Type 1, 4, 9).
  • •Excellent attention to detail with strong ownership, responsibility, and analytical/communication skills.
  • •Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
