Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the university’s Quality Assurance Framework aligned with accreditation standards.
  • •Coordinate QA data collection, validation, and documentation for reviews and audits; liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • •Design and administer surveys, focus groups, and other feedback tools to capture stakeholder input.
  • •Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and monitor enhancement plans.
