Job Summary

Lead and manage the Windows Engineering team supporting the JORN program. You’ll oversee maintenance, support, and engineering changes across Windows server environments and enterprise services, ensuring operational performance, quality outcomes, and compliance. Manage team workloads and sprint progress, administer and monitor Windows Server environments, and drive endpoint management (SCCM/MECM) for deployment, patching, and configuration. Provide coaching and stakeholder collaboration to deliver technical and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of Windows infrastructure and engineering activities aligned to project schedules and priorities.
•Manage team workloads, sprint activities, and progress reporting to ensure delivery of outcomes.
•Oversee administration, performance monitoring, and maintenance of Windows Server environments and enterprise services.
•Ensure effective endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and configuration management using SCCM/MECM and related tools.
•Provide day-to-day leadership through coaching, performance reviews, development plans, resource allocation, mentoring, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

•Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance.
•Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing Windows engineering teams.
•Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise Microsoft technologies.
•Proven endpoint management experience including software deployment, patch management, device lifecycle management, and compliance.
•Experience administering and supporting SCCM/MECM environments and delivering work in structured, regulated environments.
