Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely and efficiently assist with loading and unloading headliners on and off shuttle buses
  • •Provide friendly, professional, and enthusiastic customer service to headliners throughout the event
  • •Help maintain organized shuttle lines and direct headliners to the appropriate buses and loading areas
  • •Communicate clearly with shuttle leads, bus drivers, security, and the Exterior Operations team
  • •Assist with setting up/breaking down shuttle queue infrastructure and placing directional and informational shuttle signage
