  • •Define a design vision balancing user needs with engagement and monetization goals, creating end-to-end journeys with a systems mindset.
  • •Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and prototype AI-driven experiences, evolving the team’s AI-native design workflow.
  • •Deliver production-ready designs at pace, contributing to the design system with reusable components and maintaining quality across iOS, Android, and mobile web.
  • •Partner with PMs, Engineers, and Analysts on usability tests and concept validation, using analytics, funnel data, and A/B results to evaluate decisions.

Key Requirements
