Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft technical gameplay systems, either independently or with a small team.
  • •Create fluid player interactions with rich feedback and polished game feel.
  • •Improve the creative pipeline by enabling team members through tool and workflow improvements.
  • •Program and refine gameplay features and test them in the level editor.
  • •Work on a range of interactive systems such as procedural animation, cloth simulation, player controls, AI creatures, and NPC interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in C++ (preferred), as well as C or C# for quickly prototyping 3D gameplay.
  • •Experience with visual scripting.
  • •Experience with multiplayer game development.
  • •Experience with online operation of a live game.
  • •Familiarity with Maya or 3D game engines, plus a portfolio of your work.
