Key Responsibilities

•Supervise construction work in accordance with plans, specifications, regulations and standards in force.
•Measure completed works, compile quantities and prepare documents required for payment requests.
•Control quality and quantities of materials; draft daily reports and conduct photographic follow-ups of work.
•Draft site memos and issue notices to contractors to ensure contractual clauses are respected.
•Use technological tools (tablet, smartphone) to efficiently produce reports, notices and follow-ups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 60,300 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•DEC in civil engineering, construction engineering, or equivalent
•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience supervising municipal infrastructure construction (sanitary sewers, aqueducts, roadworks) and/or underground utility networks
•Knowledge of surveying equipment operation
•Certification ASP Construction required
•Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment
