•Direct and train production supervisors across production paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, absenteeism, safety, and problem-solving.
•Check daily production orders and ensure all positions are filled before start-up of the production line.
•Oversee machinery and workstations to ensure they perform to the highest standard and have passed USDA inspection.
•Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings; oversee safety committee and ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and product coding.
•Oversee processing operations, manage production schedules and CCP verification schedules, keep records of reworked/returned product, and provide continuous quality education.

•Basic computer skills helpful.
•Strong communication skills; team leader problem solving and motivation to take on special projects.
