Key Responsibilities

•Define growth services accounts vertical strategy and manage key account planning within your book of business.
•Own growth accounts across Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment, and other services categories, focusing on activation and nurturing.
•Engage long-tail accounts using a one-to-many approach to drive efficiency and unlock new opportunities.
•Create vertical packages and narratives aligned to industry trends and partner business objectives.
•Develop consultative media strategies, educate brand stakeholders on TikTok’s value, and lead initiatives to meet revenue objectives.

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in digital advertising, media, ad-tech, technology, consulting, or related services, with a strong track record in the Turkish market.
•Proven ability to acquire, develop, and scale client relationships and strategic partnerships across high-potential, long-tail, and under-penetrated accounts.
•Deep expertise in performance marketing, including app/web acquisition, measurement, attribution, optimization, signals, and customer lifecycle strategies.
•Strong commercial acumen to understand client business models, marketing economics, and investment drivers, combining strategy with hands-on execution.
•Fluency in Turkish and English and willingness to travel as business needs arise.
