Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Compliance product domain and lead transformation efforts for compliance platforms and a modern data platform to support evolving regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead a domain team (1-2 people) of Product Managers and Business Analysts and drive innovation within the domain.
  • •Serve as the business point of contact for compliance sub-domains, capturing user stories, estimates, and business context for roadmap and sprints.
  • •Prioritise the backlog to maximise business value while adhering to regulations, including transaction monitoring, screening, KYC/risk scoring, and case management.
  • •Manage requirements end-to-end from shaping through build, acceptance testing, rollout, and monitor delivery to remove impediments and delays.
