Job Summary

Automation Technologist to join the Automation Center of Excellence, accelerating business value through automation, integration, AI, and emerging technologies. Partner with stakeholders to transform challenges into working solutions, design and prototype automation using low-code/no-code and traditional development, build MVPs and pilots, integrate workflows and AI-enabled solutions, and collaborate with architects, security, and platform teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments in a hybrid Puerto Rico role.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, assess, and document business processes suitable for automation and digital transformation.
•Partner with business stakeholders and Digital Technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
•Design, develop, and prototype automation solutions using low-code, no-code, and traditional development technologies.
•Build and support minimum viable products (MVPs), proofs of concept, and pilot solutions to validate business value.
•Develop workflow automation, system integrations, and AI-enabled solutions using approved enterprise platforms and tools.

Key Requirements

•University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience
•Must be a U.S. Citizen
•Demonstrated experience in automation and/or integration implementation
•Experience contributing to automation solutions within complex enterprise environments, applying established Digital Technology standards and practices
•Hands-on experience designing and operating at least one integration or automation platform (e.g., Appian, Blue Prism, Boomi, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BPM suites)
