Job Summary

Oversee development operations for Kerzner International Developments (KID) across the Americas, supporting the global development strategy. Drive growth by evaluating and advancing new and existing hotel and mixed-use property developments through feasibility studies, market analysis, and client engagement. Identify and pursue opportunities via partnerships, acquisitions, and management agreements, coordinating with Operations and Technical Services to ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee development operations for KID in the Americas and support execution of the global development strategy.
•Evaluate and advance new and existing property developments using feasibility studies, market analysis, and client engagement.
•Identify and pursue development opportunities through lead qualification, joint ventures with capital partners, acquisitions, and management agreements.
•Lead RFQ/RFP processes and create presentations for new developments in conjunction with Planning.
•Oversee due diligence and financial/feasibility analyses for potential transactions, coordinating across Operations, Technical Services, and stakeholders to deliver per contractual agreements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Commerce, or an equivalent field (required).
•5+ years of experience in hotel/asset management consulting, hotel organization, or real estate with hotels.
•International hospitality experience, ideally from international hotel chains or global development companies.
•Experience in hotel/real estate development processes and Management Contract negotiations (preferred).
•Strong ability to source and maintain professional relationships with investor groups and HNWI, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
