Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee development operations for KID in the Americas and support execution of the global development strategy.
  • •Evaluate and advance new and existing property developments using feasibility studies, market analysis, and client engagement.
  • •Identify and pursue development opportunities through lead qualification, joint ventures with capital partners, acquisitions, and management agreements.
  • •Lead RFQ/RFP processes and create presentations for new developments in conjunction with Planning.
  • •Oversee due diligence and financial/feasibility analyses for potential transactions, coordinating across Operations, Technical Services, and stakeholders to deliver per contractual agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Commerce, or an equivalent field (required).
  • •5+ years of experience in hotel/asset management consulting, hotel organization, or real estate with hotels.
  • •International hospitality experience, ideally from international hotel chains or global development companies.
  • •Experience in hotel/real estate development processes and Management Contract negotiations (preferred).
  • •Strong ability to source and maintain professional relationships with investor groups and HNWI, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
