Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes across reconciliation, settlements, accounting, reporting, and financial operations.
  • •Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools such as SQL, Python, Power Automate, RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere), and Excel VBA.
  • •Automate payment reconciliation across banks, payment partners, merchants, and internal ledgers.
  • •Build automated dashboards and MIS reports to improve financial visibility and decision-making.
  • •Streamline month-end and year-end financial closing, implement automated financial controls (validations, exception handling, audit trails), and monitor/optimize workflow performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •2–3 years of experience in Finance Automation, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, or Process Automation.
  • •Strong understanding of finance operations including payment settlements, reconciliation, accounting, and financial controls.
  • •Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Python, SQL, or VBA.
  • •Experience collaborating cross-functionally (Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations) and automating dashboards/MIS reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (preferred).
