Location: Karnataka
Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Sales
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform CAE-FEA simulations (static force analysis, vibrational analysis, modal analysis, Moldflow, etc.) to support North America and Europe projects and drive weight savings and cost reductions.
  • •Lead technical team meetings to review simulation analysis results, capture lessons learned, and drive product improvement activities.
  • •Correlate digital and physical results by collaborating with test labs to validate FEA models against physical test data for simulation accuracy.
  • •Conduct root-cause analysis by simulating and analyzing warranty claims or field failures to identify design weaknesses and implement corrective improvements.
  • •Provide data-driven design recommendations to cross-functional CAD and manufacturing teams early in the development cycle to support NPD decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience performing CAE-FEA simulations (static force, vibrational, thermal, fatigue, etc.) using Ansys Workbench and LS-Dyna for at least 5 years.
  • •Experience in simulation of plastic and hyperelastic materials.
  • •Experience in nonlinear simulations of both metals and plastics.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
