Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead new-region build-out programs including infrastructure readiness, compliance dependencies, and cross-team execution.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of developer enablement infrastructure initiatives to support platform adoption and developer productivity.
  • •Build and maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple engineering teams with milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
  • •Drive delivery forecasting, execution tracking, and transparent reporting across program lifecycles.
  • •Act as single coordination point for complex cross-org initiatives, aligning engineering, security, compliance, product, and platform teams and communicating risks/tradeoffs/mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •5+ years delivering complex, cross-team initiatives in fast-paced technical environments.
  • •3+ years as a TPM, Product Manager, Software Architect, or similar role.
  • •Strong understanding of cloud platforms and distributed systems, including APIs and services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
