Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead retail and workplace projects and individual workstreams through design, procurement, construction, furniture installation, workplace transition, and close-out.
  • •Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and delivery strategies during feasibility and planning; maintain reporting and status updates.
  • •Set up and run project meetings, record minutes, track action items, manage governance/document controls, and ensure reporting processes are followed.
  • •Manage procurement and contracting activities, including tendering, evaluation, recommendations, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and Master Service Agreements.
  • •Monitor budgets and schedules, proactively identify risks, manage change orders, conduct site visits, support commissioning/turnover, and administer close-out documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager managing or supervising construction and fit-out projects.
  • •Experience delivering retail, commercial, and/or corporate office fit-out projects.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • •Strong understanding of construction drawings/specifications, contracts, procurement processes, and project controls.
  • •Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
