Key Responsibilities

  • •Systematische Fehleruntersuchung und -behebung beim Außendienst beim Kunden.
  • •Wartung, Modifikation und Software-Upgrades der Anlagen.
  • •Schulung der Kunden (Bedienung und regelmäßige Wartung der Anlagen) und Erstellung von Berichten.
  • •Beratung des technischen Kundenpersonals zur Lösung auftretender Probleme beim Betrieb und der Wartung der Systeme.
  • •Unterstützung der Kunden bei Ersatzteilbeschaffung und Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen.

Key Requirements

  • •Ausbildung und Abschluss in Mechatronik / Elektronik / Elektrotechnik oder auf ähnlichem Gebiet (Techniker, FH, Universität).
  • •Fähigkeit, Wartungshandbücher, technische Zeichnungen und Schaltpläne zu interpretieren.
  • •Erfahrung in der Reparatur von hochentwickelten und komplexen Geräten unter Anwendung von Elektronik und Mechanik sowie Standardprüfgeräten und Handwerkzeugen.
  • •Kenntnisse bzgl. Hochvakuumtechnik und Stand der Technik, Sicherheitsstandards und Reinraumumgebungen.
  • •Motiviert, selbständig zu Lernen und in internationalen Teams zu arbeiten; gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Französisch wünschenswert).
