Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow Bump in Turkey by owning content and creator efforts for the Turkish market.
  • •Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads people want to watch.
  • •Build and manage a pipeline of Turkish creators and run influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers.
  • •Collaborate with paid marketing to turn great content into great performance.
  • •Write briefs, provide creator notes, jump on trends early, and support launches, events, and Turkey-focused activations.

Key Requirements

  • •1–5+ years making short-form content for brands, agencies, influencers, or creators.
  • •Experience creating ads content, especially UGC-style work.
  • •Experience managing creators and/or providing actionable creative feedback.
  • •Deep knowledge of TikTok/Instagram trends and the Turkish creator landscape.
  • •Turkish language and English proficiency; experience living in Turkey; willing to work in person in Paris.
