Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and oversee active contracts and procurement agreements, supporting contract managers with reviews of task orders, invoices, amendments, and related documentation.
  • •Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and address contractual obligations.
  • •Maintain a centralized contract repository with controlled, up-to-date electronic contract files and databases for audit readiness and transparency.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and monitor contractual risks by tracking key terms, deliverables, and deadlines; analyze contractor performance via reports and deliverables.
  • •Support contract lifecycle activities including amendments, renewals, terminations, post-award contract reviews, audits/reviews, and training materials, templates, and job aids.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •4+ years of experience in contract management, including contractual terms and pricing structures/tools/data systems.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Acquisitions, Legal, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • •Proficiency in process improvement in a team environment, working with other departments to execute timely.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
