Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform verification testing per specifications and record test results; file QC records.
  • •Quarantine non-conforming material, notify Production Supervision, and organize for daily MRB meetings.
  • •Document and control sample retain/storage and audit job data; release product from quality inspection.
  • •File hold tickets and process specification deviations as applicable; maintain adequate quality records.
  • •Maintain measurement device calibration system, perform calibrations, and support process capability/control studies (SPC).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency.
  • •1-2 years of experience as a quality technician (packaging industry experience is a plus).
