Serve as the technology conduit for IT operations, supporting production systems that enable regional airline operational capabilities. Support operational documentation, coordinate software/hardware upgrades and deployments, and use AI-driven tools to optimize Regional Airline Operations Technology (AOT) for improved reliability, performance, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technology conduit between the application engineering team, product management, and operational capabilities to provide customer/employee experience support while maintaining system integrity.
•Monitor system performance and reliability, manage issues promptly to minimize downtime, and propose solutions to performance challenges.
•Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for process improvement and inform strategic decisions within IT operations.
•Manage system incidents and outages, including root cause analysis, resolution, issue tracking, and documenting findings to prevent recurrence.
•Support operational procedures and documentation, and assist in coordinating software/hardware upgrades, deployments, and patches with engineering teams. The role also leverages AI-driven tools to monitor and optimize AOT systems.

•Hands-on experience applying artificial intelligence or machine learning tools within a technology or engineering environment.
•2+ years of software experience in a vital/critical environment supporting technical and business operational capabilities.
•Proven experience as an Operations Platform Analyst or similar role, particularly in IT and software development environments.
