Originate and execute ECM and M&A/strategic advisory mandates across India’s TMT sector, partnering with corporates, private equity, and venture capital clients. Build client relationships, prepare pitch materials, and drive deals from pitch to closure. Lead end-to-end transaction work including valuation and financial modeling (DCF/LBO/comparables), structuring, due diligence coordination, and negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents. Mentor Associates and Analysts while ensuring deal quality and compliance.
