•Conduct laboratory testing relevant to customer requirements and prepare summaries of findings.
•Record, analyze, certify, and maintain records of test results and findings.
•Troubleshoot issues to determine reasons for problems or complaints on products.
•Provide technical on-site support to customers/contractors and assist Sales with product sampling/demonstrations at site.

Key Requirements

•BE or Diploma Civil Engineering
•10-12 years of experience in Waterproofing / CS products
•Be able to conduct laboratory testing and certify findings
•Provide on-site technical support to customers/contractors and assist Sales with product sampling/demonstrations
•Ability to troubleshoot issues and stay aware of market trends and competitor landscape
