Job Summary

Lead and coordinate operations for the Building Digitalization team, driving process improvements, training, QA, and performance against SLAs. Manage escalated client situations, coach team members, and run daily handovers with delivery teams. Automate and standardize data mapping, set up and monitor post-mapping data extraction, and perform override testing for BrainBox AI algorithms. Deploy Haystack and Brick architecture for new data tagging while partnering with Product, GD, and Development teams.

•Continuously improve team operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
•Train new team members on tools, systems, and procedures; ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and customer satisfaction objectives.
•Manage critical/escalated client situations and internal issues; provide feedback and recommendations to Product Management, GD, and Development teams.
•Lead performance analysis/review, coach team members with continuous feedback, and manage the team schedule and technical support.
•Automate and standardize data mapping; set up and monitor post-mapping data extraction, investigate errors, perform override testing, and deploy Haystack/Brick architecture for data tagging.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 66,300 - 94,850 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in building or mechanical engineering, or a technical degree in a related field (advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred).
•3–5+ years hands-on experience with building automation systems (BAS), HVAC controls, or digital building technologies, including commissioning or field integration work.
•Proven technical leadership experience mentoring junior integrators and guiding teams through deployment, testing, and project handoff.
•Deep understanding of HVAC equipment/architecture, point naming conventions, building hierarchy, and industry-standard documentation practices.
•Solid knowledge of HVAC system design and equipment with ability to interpret drawings, sequences of operation, and building documentation.
