Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously improve team operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
  • •Train new team members on tools, systems, and procedures; ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • •Manage critical/escalated client situations and internal issues; provide feedback and recommendations to Product Management, GD, and Development teams.
  • •Lead performance analysis/review, coach team members with continuous feedback, and manage the team schedule and technical support.
  • •Automate and standardize data mapping; set up and monitor post-mapping data extraction, investigate errors, perform override testing, and deploy Haystack/Brick architecture for data tagging.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 66,300 - 94,850 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in building or mechanical engineering, or a technical degree in a related field (advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred).
  • •3–5+ years hands-on experience with building automation systems (BAS), HVAC controls, or digital building technologies, including commissioning or field integration work.
  • •Proven technical leadership experience mentoring junior integrators and guiding teams through deployment, testing, and project handoff.
  • •Deep understanding of HVAC equipment/architecture, point naming conventions, building hierarchy, and industry-standard documentation practices.
  • •Solid knowledge of HVAC system design and equipment with ability to interpret drawings, sequences of operation, and building documentation.
