Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and maintain vehicle placement within the designated zone or move area to lot standards established by leadership.
  • •Use supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to make daily move/staging decisions for assigned areas.
  • •Continuously improve safety and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of the zone.
  • •Move and stage vehicles safely to proper work destinations to reduce multiple drop-off points and ensure full loads.
  • •Confirm vehicles can operate safely, engage service and towing teams for inoperable vehicles, and maintain accurate sale/routing labels. Communicate inventory status and follow all policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, or an additional degree/certification above high school plus 1 year, or 5 years of related work experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
  • •Basic mechanical knowledge to identify common issues (e.g., flat tires, low gas, jump starting).
  • •Knowledge of lot operations/lot layout preferred; knowledge of LDM preferred.
  • •Ability to stand/walk/reach/talk/hear, lift 1-15 pounds, and meet vision requirements including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
