Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a small team of governance and experience experts to create data-driven governance policies and strategies for US-based Local Services Dining.
•Reduce risk across merchant, listings, creators, content, and fulfillment to mitigate platform losses and incentive abuses.
•Establish processes to collect and manage user feedback and devise fulfillment and service experience strategies across customers, creators, and sellers.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Algorithm, Product, Engineering, Legal) to implement measures that enhance ecosystem health.
•Monitor US Dining ecosystem health using data-driven and investigative methods; respond to emergencies, conduct ad-hoc investigations, and take action as needed.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience driving data-driven governance and experience programs for O2O, local services, e-commerce, strategy consulting, or related trust and safety efforts.
•3+ years of experience managing a team.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
•Strong strategic thinking plus program management and communication skills to run complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
•Familiarity with O2O, e-commerce, and governance/customer experience, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
