Learn all aspects of a production facility while promoting a safe working environment and producing quality product on time. Observe and learn how to run the area at maximum capacity while maintaining quality, and work with maintenance resources to ensure equipment meets government regulations. Develop first-aid capability when the nurse is not present, support supervisors/managers as needed, and understand interactions across Accounting, Human Resources, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Production.
