Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement quality improvement processes and procedures for equipment turn-in operations.
•Conduct inspections and validate equipment/components/BII accountability prior to turn-in while reviewing records, condition codes, and supporting documentation for accuracy/completeness.
•Assist with internal audits of supply and property accountability records; document findings and support corrective/preventive actions and non-conformance closure.
•Maintain accurate QA documentation, inspection checklists, and audit reports; verify equipment transactions are documented in Army logistics systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, LMP).
•Support government inspection and acceptance processes and help identify risks/inefficiencies to recommend process improvements.

Salary: USD 46,933 - 79,933

Key Requirements

•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent military/civilian experience).
•2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, logistics, or supply operations.
•Familiarity with U.S. Army equipment turn-in procedures required.
•Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and Army supply/property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to obtain/retain a Common Access Card (CAC) with Tier 1 Investigation.
