Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end evolution of the evaluation platform, including step-level evaluation, automated regression analysis, and release quality gates.
  • •Build and operate the data governance and security layer, delivering real-time PII/sensitive-data masking, schema synchronization, audit controls, and least-privilege access interfaces.
  • •Design and ship reusable platform capabilities such as shared SDKs, workflow definitions, dataset/model/metric management APIs, and observability instrumentation.
  • •Drive platform reliability and observability by defining/enforcing SLA targets, building alerting and incident-analysis tooling, and establishing quality-gate mechanisms for release decisions.
  • •Apply AI/LLM techniques to replace brittle rule-based logic by identifying sub-problems, prototyping/validating approaches, and integrating proven solutions into the platform.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of backend/platform engineering experience, including 3+ years designing and operating complex distributed systems in production, with strong proficiency in Go and/or Java.
  • •Build and operate shared SDKs and reusable platform components, including production microservices with Kubernetes/Docker and HTTP/gRPC patterns such as retries, rate limiting, circuit breaking, auth, and fault isolation.
  • •Strong database and reliability fundamentals: high availability, transaction isolation, idempotency, eventual consistency, observability, alerting, and incident analysis/failure-mode reasoning.
  • •Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., Argo Workflows) and automated evaluation/validation systems with execution, comparison, reporting, and quality gates.
  • •Secure production data access patterns: access control, auditing, data ownership, retention policies, least-privilege design, and PII/sensitive-data masking in a regulated environment.
