Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and drive Sierra's growth.
  • •Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration, building and evolving agents in production environments.
  • •Collaborate with large enterprises and London startups to understand challenges and implement AI agents at scale across business stacks.
  • •Shape the evolution of Sierra's core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping features, and coordinating with research, product, and platform teams.
  • •Drive alignment with ADLC best practices and maintain high standards for reliability and scalability.
