Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a strategic finance partner to the go-to-market organization, supporting Partners, Sales Enablement, Sales Development (xDR), and GTM consolidation.
  • •Own consolidated GTM expense forecasting and serve as the central coordination point for GTM Finance assumptions, reporting, and executive insights.
  • •Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including controllable spend/headcount partnership, variance analysis, driver/risk/opportunity analysis, and collaboration with Accounting on accruals/close.
  • •Manage and develop one Sr. Financial Analyst, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • •Build executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations; continuously evolve planning methodologies and automate reporting via systems enhancements and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related finance experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • •Proficiency with FP&A systems (Anaplan and Workday are a plus).
  • •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and strong PowerPoint/Google Slides; able to translate financial concepts into actionable recommendations.
