Job Summary

Own consolidated GTM expense forecasting and lead budgeting and forecasting for partner, sales enablement, and sales development organizations. Partner with senior GTM leaders to drive variance analysis, investment planning, and scenario modeling, while coordinating across GTM Finance to deliver consistent executive insights. Key Responsibilities

•Be a strategic finance partner to the go-to-market organization, supporting Partners, Sales Enablement, Sales Development (xDR), and GTM consolidation.
•Own consolidated GTM expense forecasting and serve as the central coordination point for GTM Finance assumptions, reporting, and executive insights.
•Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including controllable spend/headcount partnership, variance analysis, driver/risk/opportunity analysis, and collaboration with Accounting on accruals/close.
•Manage and develop one Sr. Financial Analyst, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
•Build executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations; continuously evolve planning methodologies and automate reporting via systems enhancements and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related finance experience.
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
•Proficiency with FP&A systems (Anaplan and Workday are a plus).
•Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and strong PowerPoint/Google Slides; able to translate financial concepts into actionable recommendations.
