Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sales and strategic partnership opportunities with financial institutions in Malaysia, driving revenue growth across Consumer, CMS, Acquiring, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • •Secure and grow Value-added Services (e.g., Advisory, CyberSource, Loyalty Solutions, Data and Risk solutions) and related VIK revenue.
  • •Own and execute deals by tracking deal terms and incentive utilization to meet or exceed contractual targets and obligations.
  • •Manage key client engagements and oversee day-to-day initiatives across Consumer, CMS, Acquiring, and ecosystem areas.
  • •Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, analyze performance and market trends, and execute action items to grow business and revenue.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in sales and business development in the payments industry, including issuing, acquiring, payment enablers, or fintech experience.
  • •Proficiency in commercial deal modelling and deal negotiation, with a track record of planning, managing, and closing complex deals.
  • •Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, with experience in commercial money movement as a plus.
  • •Ability to independently interface with external stakeholders at the highest level, building credibility, negotiating, and influencing decisions.
  • •Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and prioritize key revenue-driving opportunities.
