Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • •Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and present insights to senior management.
  • •Lead cost accounting activities including standard costing, variance analysis, product costing, and profitability analysis.
  • •Act as a key finance lead for SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO), supporting costing, reporting, controlling, and master data integrity.
  • •Lead budgeting and forecasting, develop financial models, track actual vs. budget performance, and support long-term planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • •2-5 years of experience in finance with a strong costing background.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, product costing, COPA) and SAP implementation or migration projects.
  • •Advanced cost accounting and financial analysis skills, including standard costing and variance analysis.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling (knowledge of Power BI or similar is an added advantage).
