Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute EMENA regulatory strategies, coordinating submissions, approvals, and portfolio maintenance across European markets.
  • •Serve as the internal EU subject matter expert on regulatory frameworks and legislative changes; lead transition/preparation for emerging environmental and sustainability requirements.
  • •Represent the company in key industry committees and regulatory bodies, aligning internal strategies with industry standards and supporting national representatives.
  • •Manage full audit lifecycle for multiple third-party certifiers, coordinating site visits and ensuring readiness for required certifications.
  • •Partner with Sales and Marketing to support top-line growth by analyzing regulatory impacts and developing technical solutions for new and existing products in current and new markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Law, or a related scientific/technical discipline.
  • •Extensive experience in regulatory affairs within a manufacturing or relevant industrial sector in Europe.
  • •Thorough knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks, directives, and compliance standards, including managing third-party testing and accredited laboratory relationships.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret complex legal and technical regulations and manage high-stakes compliance documentation.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional collaboration and represent the company in high-level committee meetings.
