Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery sessions to identify client needs and drivers and align on workflow and architecture decisions.
  • •Act as a go-to adviser for orchestration design and build trusted technical relationships with client stakeholders.
  • •Architect ROI-focused business cases and define integration points with client systems, including APIs, data sources, and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Maintain design decision logs, system interface definitions, and solution playbooks for each engagement.
  • •Provide technical guidance during delivery: resolve blockers, run business-outcome demos, and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or technical business analysis roles.
  • •Post-sales experience working directly with enterprise clients.
  • •Background in workflow automation, distributed systems, or AI/ML-driven platforms.
  • •Expert at discussing AI, APIs, and integrations (e.g., webhooks) without needing regular engineering support.
  • •Strong requirements-engineering skills to turn vague use cases into robust technical solutions and sequence diagrams.
