Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Specialists delivering high-quality, consistent employee relations support.
  • •Oversee workload management, quality, and adherence to SLAs and service standards across the team.
  • •Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with global standards and local employment regulations.
  • •Partner with Legal, Compliance, People Partners, and business leaders on investigations, performance matters, workplace issues, and organizational change activities.
  • •Monitor case trends, service metrics, and employee relations data to identify emerging risks, escalate high-risk cases, and improve processes using analytics and insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in HR, employee relations, or a related field, with proven experience leading or managing a team in a complex or matrixed organization.
  • •Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, employment regulations, and HR policies, balancing global standards with local requirements.
  • •Demonstrated ability to oversee case management at scale, including workload prioritization, quality assurance, and adherence to SLAs.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills, influencing and building trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • •Comfort working with data and analytics to identify trends, assess risk, and drive continuous improvement in employee relations and service delivery.
