Key Responsibilities

  • •Support 24/7 manufacturing operations
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality
  • •Implement project/improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and new product support
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time
  • •Support manufacturing ramp with equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs), including data analysis and problem resolution

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience
  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • •5+ years of experience within Dry/Plasma Etch or Ash process engineering
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies
  • •Ability to support manufacturing ramp and deliver on-time project execution (including strong attention to detail)
