Job Summary

Own and grow the Swap business line end to end, including revenue, take rate, volume, and the in-wallet quote experience. Lead partner management and business development across CEX-swap, DEX aggregators, and on-ramp providers, ensuring competitiveness, coverage, and execution quality. Drive operational excellence through incident management, monitoring, and error reduction, while translating quantitative analysis into decisions and cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive full accountability for Swap revenue, take rate, and volume, building and defending the forecast and acting on week-over-week drivers.
•Own the competitiveness of the in-wallet quote experience by managing quote quality and execution slippage and holding partners to commitments.
•Manage, grow, and negotiate the swap partner bench across CEX-swap, DEX-aggregators, and on-ramp providers, including coverage and routing eligibility.
•Run operational excellence and observability through incident management, error-rate reduction, quote/performance monitoring, and coverage reporting.
•Translate quantitative analysis into decisions by querying data directly and leading cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Marketing.

•Commercial and business development experience negotiating and managing external partners on pricing, terms, and performance.
•Experience running operations with rigour—managing operational risk, reducing errors, and optimizing conversion or engagement.
•Proven ability to influence and drive complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
