MIAM Identity Product Lead

Lead enterprise identity proofing and assurance strategy within Member Protection, defining the roadmap for new enrollment, re-verification, step-up proofing, and profile recovery. Own the translation of business objectives, risk requirements, and member needs into actionable identity service requirements across the full identity lifecycle. Serve as identity verification and fraud-risk subject matter expert, driving data-informed KPI/KRI performance improvements and collaborating with authentication, fraud, compliance, architecture, and experience teams to deliver governed, risk-tiered identity capabilities.
