Mechanical Technical Lead – Detail Design

Lead the detail design team for complex engineering work within the River Class Destroyer program in Halifax. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to ensure adherence to detail design processes and Design Management Systems (LCM). Escalate and resolve complex design issues affecting program delivery, ensuring engineering deliverables meet standards, rules, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to technical governance and support approvals for spatial designs and systems.
