Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Support the Store Manager to run a profitable restaurant/retail operation in line with company policies and procedures. Lead end-to-end store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent, ensuring exceptional customer service by coaching retail staff. Drive repeat sales by promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program, maintain visual merchandising standards, audit administration, manage rosters/leaves/grievances, and uphold security and brand standards.
