Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through mid-level positions across multiple communications disciplines.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
•Source, screen, assess, and present top talent, building diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
•Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboarding, maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.
•Manage requisitions and candidate activity in Greenhouse and leverage recruiting technologies (including AI tools) to improve hiring outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
•Experience recruiting within a PR, communications, marketing, advertising, consulting, or professional services organization (preferred).
•Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. markets and talent pools.
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
•Ability to source and engage passive candidates and lead salary/offer negotiations.
